OneUp is a lightweight cloud tool that bundles accounting with invoicing, inventory and a simple CRM for small businesses. Moving to Xero is a straightforward export-map-import, with a couple of standard caveats: OneUp’s chart of accounts, contacts (customers and vendors), items, invoices, bills and transaction history come out as CSV and map into Xero — but bank and credit-card details and reconciliation status do not transfer. Those are re-connected and re-reconciled in Xero, with opening balances set to reflect the reconciled position. Inventory and any CRM data are handled as separate mapping decisions.
