Numerawise Solutions LLC (“Numerawise,” “we,” “our”) is a US-registered accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide QuickBooks conversion, bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced accounting services to US small and mid-market businesses.
When you contact us or engage our services, we collect: your name, email, phone number, company name, business address, accounting system access where you grant it, and the financial data necessary to perform agreed services. We do not buy or sell personal data.
To respond to your enquiry. To provide the services you engage. To send you transactional communications (quotes, invoices, monthly deliverables). To comply with legal and accounting record-keeping requirements. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II compliant services. Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the staff working on your engagement. We use NDAs with all team members.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. The analytics data is anonymised aggregate, not personal. You can opt out by using a privacy browser or disabling cookies.
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, request deletion, or request corrections. Email [email protected] with the request and we’ll respond within 30 days.
We update this policy as our practices evolve. The last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.
