Who we are

Numerawise Solutions LLC (“Numerawise,” “we,” “our”) is a US-registered accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide QuickBooks conversion, bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced accounting services to US small and mid-market businesses.

What we collect

When you contact us or engage our services, we collect: your name, email, phone number, company name, business address, accounting system access where you grant it, and the financial data necessary to perform agreed services. We do not buy or sell personal data.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry. To provide the services you engage. To send you transactional communications (quotes, invoices, monthly deliverables). To comply with legal and accounting record-keeping requirements. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we protect it

We host and process client data on third-party infrastructure providers that maintain SOC 2 Type II attestations (Numerawise Solutions itself does not hold a SOC 2 certification). Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the staff working on your engagement, and all team members sign NDAs. Cookies and analytics

We keep cookies to a minimum, and we do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or sell or share personal information with advertisers. The cookies this site sets are:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from). We use this to improve the site; it is not tied to your identity. Analytics only loads after you start interacting with the page.
• Zoho SalesIQ (live chat) — session cookies that keep your chat conversation connected as you move between pages and remember that you have chatted with us before. These exist only to make the chat work.
• Cloudflare — a security cookie used to protect the site from malicious traffic and serve pages quickly.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works normally without them, except that the live chat needs its session cookie to hold a conversation. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you would rather not be counted or chat, everything on this site — including quotes — also works by email or phone at (877) 290-4522.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, request deletion, or request corrections. Email [email protected] with the request and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Updates to this policy

We update this policy as our practices evolve. The last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.
